I am extremely proud of the work I do for students.  My career spans elementary, middle, high school, traditional campus setting, blended learning, and online learning.  I enjoy evaluating needs, discussing plans to increase achievement and student growth, using data, best practices, and research-proven interventions and programs to close gaps, accelerate leaarning and increase enrichment.  I want teachers to be competent and confident.  Working in small, intimate groups or one-on-one with teachers to listen, train, and support is my strong-suit.  My professional goal is to be in a position to cultivate an academically successful, positive, results-driven environment where all students are learning and growing into healthy, responsible, productive, and competitive citizens.  My greatest pleasure is when teachers say they learned something that will help their students or when I have worked with students and parents to find the best schooling opportunities.
