My name is Shawndece Fairrow. I have been in the field of education for 23 years. I have a B.S. and M.S.Ed in Child and Family Development as well as a M.Ed in Education Administration. A few of my most important accomplishment throughout education career include earning the Aldine ISD Campus Extra Mile Award for 3 consecutive years, starting and completing the campaign From  Hilliard to Haiti to assist the families of those impacted by the earthquake. Through my campaign, we were able to present Red Cross with $1000.00 check while in North Forest ISD, by end of year students at primary leveled met math goals of 85% or above by supporting instruction of the teaches.

I find passion in motivating and encouraging teachers for ongoing success. Sustaining educators is truly important and making sure to incorporate activities to boost morale around campus maintains the retention rate of teachers. Also, I am very resourceful. I have been able to seek corporate donors to sponsor activities for parent and staff engagements such as Omni Hotel. My background is literacy and management. I am well versed in literacy programs and classroom management techniques.
