I am applying for a principal position within the Dallas-Forth Worth area. I am an instructional leader who strives to continually improve the quality of instruction by; designing PLCs in response to the data, creating a climate of high expectations for student learning and behavior, as well as work with parents to build a strong school community.
Currently I serve as the Assistant Principal at Florence Parsons Pre-K in Garland ISD. I have served in multiple roles as an assistant principal, summer school principal and summer school assistant principal. My resume will show that I can provide the instructional, organizational, and managerial leadership needed to lead a campus.
I am passionate about helping students experience academic and social success. I embrace the opportunity to work with district personnel, teachers, parents, and students.
